Rooted Answers for the Intentionally Curious

What exactly is Thrivewell Estate?

Thrivewell Estate is a multi-faceted sanctuary in Northbridge, Massachusetts, designed to honor healing, community, creativity, and the sacred. It blends a restored historic manor, wellness studio, gardens, retreat spaces, artisan production, and clean living principles into one rooted ecosystem. It’s not just a place—it’s a way of life.

Is Thrivewell a wellness center, retreat, or something else?

It’s all of the above—and more. Thrivewell includes:

  • Flow to Thrive Studio for yoga, journaling, dance therapy, reiki, and circles

  • The Thrive Manor, a boutique retreat and sober lodging destination

  • The Hearth & Hush, home to a mocktail bar, interview studio, and skincare production space

  • The Risefold, a barn for our small herd of heritage goats used in our body care line

  • Gardens and outdoor sanctuaries for ritual, relaxation, and connection

All offerings are designed to work together to support a slower, more intentional way of living.

Is Thrivewell Estate a public space or private property?

Thrivewell is privately owned and stewarded but operates with a community ethos. Some events and offerings are public (pop-ups, markets, classes), while others (retreats, workshops, residencies) are registration-based or invite-only. Our goal is to be open-hearted while protecting the energy and integrity of the space.

Do I need to be in recovery to come to Thrivewell?

Not at all—but we do operate from recovery-based values. Thrivewell is a clean, sober space and proudly supports those healing from addiction, trauma, burnout, or life transitions. Whether you’re in recovery, reimagining your life, or simply seeking sacred rest—you are welcome here.

What makes Thrivewell different from other wellness spaces?

Everything here is designed to be slow, sacred, and clean. Thrivewell isn’t commercial, performative, or trend-driven. We are preservation-forward, spirit-led, community-rooted, and mission-aligned. Our Living Charter ensures that the space will never be overdeveloped, commercialized, or disconnected from its original purpose.

Are children or pets allowed on-site?

Thrivewell is designed to be a quiet, reflective environment. While certain public events may allow children or pets, most programming is curated for adults seeking grounded healing. We will always note guidelines on event pages.

Is Thrivewell religious or spiritual in nature?

Thrivewell is not affiliated with any specific religion, but we deeply honor the sacred. Our programming is spiritual in tone—respectful of ritual, nature, healing paths, and inner wisdom. All beliefs and identities are welcomed with reverence and non-judgment.

I’m not local—can I still be part of Thrivewell?

Absolutely. Thrivewell is both a place and a movement. We’ll be offering digital ways to connect, seasonal offerings you can receive by mail, and destination retreats once the Manor is complete. If this vision resonates with you, you’re already a part of it.
