About Thrivewell Estate
Thrivewell Estate is more than a project, it’s a calling.
Rooted in the rich history of a storied New England property, Thrivewell is an unfolding vision of renewal, restoration, and purpose. The estate itself, anchored by a grand historic mansion and surrounded by timeless natural beauty, holds layers of heritage that we intend to honor, preserve, and reawaken through intentional care and community healing.
This sacred land has seen many seasons, and now, it enters a new one. For the moment, the civil suit connected to the property has placed a pause on the physical restoration of the estate. Yet in that pause, Thrivewell has not gone quiet. Instead, the vision has pivoted inward and into the written word. What was once solely a dream of land and stone has become just as alive on the page.
Right now, Thrivewell exists in its most essential form: one woman, our founder and visionary steward, Kelley Marathas, walking in step with intuition, recovery, and purpose. This path has reignited her writing, first through Letters from the Founder, then through poetry, and most importantly as a novelist. The story of Thrivewell has opened the door to another story: one that lives in books as much as in buildings. From that inner knowing, Thrivewell Estate is still envisioned as four core branches, each rooted in purpose, healing, and intentional design:
Flow to Thrive Studio
A transformation studio dedicated to recovery-aligned living, personal growth, and community connection. Through movement, meditation, and soul work, it serves as a sanctuary for self-discovery and embodied wellness.
The Thrive Manor
A future boutique retreat hotel offering guests a high-end haven for rest, restoration, and renewal. With refined accommodations, curated daily activities, and nature-integrated design, the Manor will invite every guest to slow down and return to themselves.
Thrivewell Court
A thoughtfully planned residential hamlet on the estate grounds, designed for those who seek to live in harmony with the rhythms of nature, community, and conscious living. Each home is rooted in architectural beauty, ecological respect, and the ethos of belonging.
The Thrive Grounds
A constellation of sacred outdoor spaces designed to support seasonal ritual, elemental connection, and deep spiritual presence. From The Garden of Witness to The Turning Pool, the grounds offer space for ceremony, reflection, and earth-based wisdom. This branch reflects the soul of the land and our commitment to honoring all life as sacred.
Together, these four branches form the early structure of what we call The Thrivewell Tree, an ever-growing network of experiences, spaces, and offerings that nourish the body, mind, and spirit.
An Interfaith Sanctuary
Thrivewell Estate is proudly interfaith. We honor the many spiritual pathways that lead toward healing and truth. Our grounds, both physical and visionary, are a sanctuary where people from all backgrounds, religious, spiritual, earth-rooted, ancestral, or personal, are welcome to come as they are and be met with reverence.
Interfaith at Thrivewell means:
We do not center one belief system over another.
We hold space for both structured religion and fluid spirituality.
We believe wisdom lives in many traditions and in the spaces between them.
We cultivate peace, compassion, and understanding across difference.
This is a sacred home for the Christian, the Buddhist, the Witch, the Mystic, the Atheist with reverence, the Jew, the Muslim, the Druid, the Healer, the Seeker, and the one who simply honors the Earth as holy. Each voice is valued. Each path is welcome, as long as it is rooted in love, respect, and dignity.
We do not welcome ideologies that glorify harm, hatred, or spiritual manipulation, including any form of Satanism, extremism, or supremacy. Thrivewell Estate is a place of integrity, not distortion.
All are welcome here who walk in love, curiosity, and care for the sacred.
What’s Next
In this moment, Thrivewell is being held in both vision and voice. While the civil case places the land in waiting, Kelley continues tending the dream through her writing. Her words, whether in reflective letters, poetry, or her debut trilogy Past Life Love, carry the same mission as the estate itself: to create a sanctuary for healing, recovery, and becoming.
Thrivewell is not paused. It is alive in story, in spirit, and in the growing community of those called to it.
This is more than a business.
It’s a reclamation.
It’s a return.
It’s the start of something sacred.
