Trusting the Process: Synchronicities and a Strong Step Forward

There are moments in life when you realize you’re no longer pushing something uphill, you’re being carried by it. That’s how this past week has felt.

I had the honor of sitting down with key town officials to share the full vision for Thrivewell Estate, and the response left me feeling hopeful, affirmed, and deeply supported. Not only was the meeting productive, it was personal. It was clear they see what we’re building and want to see it flourish. They recognize that this isn’t just about renovating buildings or starting a business. It’s about creating something rooted in healing, beauty, and integrity. Something that serves the land and the people who gather on it.

The next step is drafting a formal proposal letter to submit to the town. This will outline our intended use in full detail and reflect all the thoughtful planning, preservation, and programming that make Thrivewell what it is. As for zoning, it’s not a question of if, but how. Whether we proceed under the current Heritage Zone, through a formal exemption, or by town approval, the message from leadership was clear: Thrivewell is welcome here. We simply need to follow the right process, step by step.

And in every one of those steps, something magical keeps happening. The deeper I go into this vision, the more synchronicities seem to rise up to meet me. Chance conversations that unlock the exact answer I’ve been searching for. Strangers who turn out to be soul-aligned collaborators. Unexpected turns that guide me to the next right place. Every time doubt creeps in, something shows up to remind me: this isn’t just a project. It’s a calling and the path is unfolding in perfect timing.

Next on the journey: a full property walk through with our builder. This will allow us to gather the most accurate construction and restoration estimates possible, so we can finalize the business plan and secure the right funding partners. Every detail matters, because every piece of this vision deserves to be built with care, clarity, and intention.

I’ve never believed more in listening to the quiet nudges, the sacred timing, and the power of alignment. Thrivewell is more than a vision now. It’s becoming a reality and I’m so grateful you’re walking this road with me.

With trust and deep roots,
Kelley
