Situated within a designated Heritage District, this land carries not only architectural significance—but cultural weight. Before I speak to the planning board, I want to speak to you—my neighbors, the residents, and the small businesses of Northbridge. This is the letter I’ll be reading aloud, and I’m sharing it here first—with gratitude, transparency, and the hope of building something meaningful together.
